Landing (2022)

Learned more here than anywhere else. Met some really great people. Learned how to EXECUTE VIOLENTLY.

• Field Ops Transition - 75 cities in 2 months.

• Standby Launch - $7M Rev within first 6 months at nearly $0 incremental cost; maintained highest product NPS.

• OTA Automation - Reduced third-party platform cancellations by over 75%.

• Marketplace - Moved to CDMX to revamp the marketplace business; sunset this department to focus on core product.

• Autopilot - Transitioned marketplace to Autopilot, focusing on larger development projects; strategic partnerships with Flow.

• Portfolio Rent Reductions - Negotiated 5000 lease rent reductions; got burnt out. Did get a few wins though.

Guidehouse (2021)

Corporate slide jockey. I just needed to see what this world was like. Will never go back. Learned about and decided to pursue startups instead.

GAF (2019)

Got a taste of American dynamism and manufacturing. Learned how incredibly resistant to change and innovation this industry was. Wanted high-octane. Decided to pursue consulting instead.
